1.Sering2x bersihin muka pake air setiap saat...sebab muka remaja tuh banyak berminyak...minyak yang tidak dibersihkan akan menyumbat pori2x2 wajah dan akhirnya timbul jerawat...
2.Usahakan sebisa mungkin jangan kena asap kendaraan (kalo pake sepeda motor pake cadar ato helm yang ada tutup kacanya ato pake 2-2nya sekalian spy muka gak kena asap mobil n motor) ...
3.Usahakan jangan maem makanan yang pedes2x (ada merica ato lombok nya) dan jangan banyak maem ma-eman berlemak [sedikit aja,tapi jangan terlalu sedikit,sebab selain untuk pelumas persendian,lemak diperlukan dalam pembentukan sel pada paru2x dan otak,kekurangan lemak bisa membahayakan ke2 organ tsb]...
4.Kebanyakan masalah jerawat itu karena alergi sama daging ayam n telur...uji diri kamu sama ke2 makanan tsb...jika kamu emang alergi ya usaha-in sebisa mungkin menghindari ke-2 makanan tsb
5.Kalo berjerawat jangan dipencet2x...kalo dipencet2x biasanya malah ninggalin noda-noda hitam dan bopeng pada wajah...

Tips terakhir...ini yang paling ampuh...sebelum kamu tidur (malem or siang),lakukan tips no 9... lalu kasih CALADINE LOTION pada wajah...usapkan merata...jangan terlalu tebal (kalo terlalu tebal olesannya malah bisa nimbulin jerawat) ...jangan terlalu tipis (Caladine ini mengandung bahan astringent untuk meringkas pori-pori wajah)...dan pergi tidur...keesokan harinya langsung bersihkan sampe wajah benar2x bersih...

Dulu sebelum gue diberitahu tips ini semua udah gue coba...dari Gizi super cream,produk2x perawatan kulit Loreal yang mahal,salep Neomedrol yang harganya 40 ribu-an ,ke dokter spesialis kulit yang ngerogoh kocek ratusan ribu-an (dokter sapa tuh namanya aku lupa...romahnya di kota solo...deket Matahari Singosaren...dia malah punya ijazah dari luar negeri segala loh) ...tapi gak sembuh...,pake bedak dingin,membasuh muka pake air teh ijo,pake masker bengkoang...sampe2x terapi basuh muka pake urin,etc tapi hasilnya NOL BESAR ...malah wajah semakin ancur...abis kulit gue sensitip banget sih...sampe sekarang..akhirnya Tuhan memberi petunjuk tuh...gue bukannya fanatik loh lantas nyangkut2xin Tuhan loh ...tapi emang aku percaya kalo Tuhan memberi jalan...dan Dia mau mendengar doa gue...sehingga gue dikasih tau tips ampuh tsb oleh Dia dengan perantaraan temen mami gue...gue bersyukur banget n mau nepatin janji gue sama Tuhan..sebab gue dalam doa gue pernah janji sama Tuhan..bahwa kalo gue sembuh dari jerawat dan noda-nodanya gue akan beritahu cara untuk membebaskan diri dari jerawat n noda-nodanya sama setiap orang yang punya masalah yang sama dengan gue...Thanks to God...
